Job Description:
Rolls-Royce is hiring a Power Platform Developer in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India to lead end-to-end application development using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate. The role involves understanding business requirements, converting them into technical solution designs, and developing engaging Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps aligned with Rolls-Royce UI and branding standards. The developer will manage application data through Microsoft Dataverse, maintain data security, perform end-to-end testing and deployment, and collaborate closely with business stakeholders. The position also requires knowledge of SQL Server, Microsoft Azure PaaS, HTML, Azure AD, Active Directory, SSO, RBAC, DevOps, UML, and Agile methodologies. The successful candidate should be a strong problem solver with excellent communication, stakeholder management, user empathy, and independent working skills.
