Job Description:
Role and Responsibilities:
Ensuring process adherence.
Monitoring key SLAs in operations.
Handling escalations.
LM Route planning for all the orders (might involve working late in the night).
Suggesting improvements in processes
Ensuring timely Hiring and managing driver-partners for transportation of goods
Monitoring smooth Execution of Pickup and Last-Mile Deliveries with defined SLAs
Ensuring smooth execution of Hub Operations
Documentation management & Required system updations.
Vendor management.
Preparing and circulating relevant reports.
Skills Required:
Local language proficiency with English & Hindi
Operations experience working with an e-commerce, FMCG or logistics company.
Strong excel/google sheets skills and in general, should be comfortable in working with computer applications.
Self-motivated and highly dedicated.
Good in communicating with internal and external stakeholders on all channels like phone call and email.
