Job Description:
✅Role and Responsibilities
‣Inventory management in terms of stock held by Sales (High-agening inventory), working towards keeping it within controlled limits
‣ Coordination with Logistics vendor and sales team to understand the gaps in enabling FIFO deployment of stock received
‣ Able to understand issues both operational and technical that is hampering the above, take ownership for his/ her region and maintain the inventory levels
‣ Should be able to understand the dispatch report and extract correct status of shipments until it is with the Logistics network to update the teams
‣ Create MIS daily, weekly and monthly levels of the stock status with RCA of stocks that go above the prescribed threshold.
‣Handle sales escalations related to stock status and resolve the same.
‣Check with dispatch & pick up updates from production vendors and warehouses.
‣Support the team with operational tasks (follow ups, collateral movement)
Create and update inventory/ dispatch/production/invoicing reports and ensure accuracy and validity of information.
