About the role
Looking for an Ad Operations Analyst to support the management of the day-to-day business. The Core responsibility of the role will be for handling day to day business operations and improving operational processes. This position requires strong multitasking skills, attention to detail, positive professional attitude, and ability to work in a team environment and ensure smooth daily operations.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for handling day to day business operations with external and internal stakeholders
Able to define and execute the Process for the areas under your ownership
Should have a sound understanding of requirements gathering to take any certain campaigns / offers live
Develop and maintain deep knowledge of all PhonePe offer products and features
Conduct/participate in calibration sessions and help ensure alignment across all team members
Strongly focused on execution
Ability to meet deadlines
Attributes of an ideal candidate:
Have worked earlier in designing/execution of a campaign requirement
Detail oriented with the capacity to organize and prioritize among multiple projects
Loves to work with data; can analyse trends/deviations, derives meaningful insights and effective plans
Exceptional commitment towards customer experience/ Business operations
Should have a well-developed capacity to embrace change with consistent positivity and an appropriate sense of urgency
Basic Qualification/Requirements:
Bachelor's degree preferred with 1-3 years of experience OR recently graduated candidates
with MBA degrees
Excellent communication skills
Strong Analytical and detail-oriented aptitude, a high degree of accuracy is require
Ability to multitask and prioritize, with strong organizational and stakeholder management skills
Familiar with systems Knowledge, commonly used software applications, and process
workflows/standard
Must be able to work with minimal supervision
