Job Description:
Rolls-Royce is hiring an experienced People Partner in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India to work closely with senior leaders and business stakeholders on strategic HR business partnering and people initiatives. The role focuses on developing and executing people strategies aligned with organizational goals while providing guidance across employee relations, talent management, performance management, organizational development, workforce planning, and change management. The People Partner will act as a trusted HR advisor, coach managers, support succession planning and career development, and help build a high-performance and inclusive workplace culture. The position also involves using HR data and people insights to identify trends, risks, and opportunities and recommend actionable people solutions. Candidates should have 12+ years of significant HR Business Partnering / People Partner experience, strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, and a Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related discipline; a Master's/MBA in HR is preferred.
