Job Description:
The Manager, Clinical Database Programming is responsible for the line management of a team or group of individual contributors and/or associate manager(s). This includes ensuring successful performance and delivery of their direct report’s project deliverables, on time with high quality. The Manager is responsible to resource client projects with aptly developed professionals and to retain and develop these professionals within Parexel. The Manager is responsible to promote new business by participating in project bids and client presentations, as appropriate. The Manager is responsible to provide consultation to project teams as needed and contribute to departmental and cross functional communications and training where applicable. The Manager may also manage technology as a Technology owner and/or act as an account Lead for Database Programming. Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree and / or other qualifications in a science or industry related discipline
