Job Description:
Hindalco Industries is hiring for a PA Proj Bill Processing position at Balewadi, Pune, Maharashtra.
The role focuses on Project Bill Processing, Accounts Payable, Invoice Processing, and Document Verification.
The candidate will process invoices related to Capital Projects, Expansion Projects, Infrastructure Projects, Engineering Projects, and EPC Contracts.
The position involves validating invoices against Purchase Orders, Work Orders, Contracts, SES, GRNs, and supporting documents.
The role requires accurate accounting, tax validation, compliance, exception management, and audit readiness.
The candidate will coordinate with Project Teams, Site Teams, Procurement, Commercial functions, and business stakeholders.
Candidates with a B.Com or M.Com qualification and 1–2 years of experience can apply.
