Job Description:
For QC team, this is the requirement:
The candidate is responsible to identify bugs/issues on OVH website through:
Screening of flow on different domains of OVH regularly
Watching customer journey video on lucky orange
Screening of content on website – images, load speed, translations etc. and reporting this to respective teams
Coordinating with different teams to get the issues resolved
Regularly evaluating conversion reports to identify drops which are happening
