Job Description:
#Job Summary:
-As a Data Entry Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to accurately input and
maintain data into our computer systems or databases. You'll play a key role in ensuring
data accuracy and integrity, helping us make informed decisions based on reliable
information.
#Shift Timings: Rotational Shifts: 6AM - 2PM
2PM - 10PM
-No. of working days: 6 (Rotational week off)
#Key Responsibilities:
-Input, update, and maintain data with precision.
-Verify data for accuracy and completeness.
-Correct and update data as needed.
-Organize and categorize data logically.
-Follow data security and confidentiality protocols.
-Generate reports and summaries as required.
-Prioritize tasks to meet data entry deadlines.
#Qualifications:
-Strong typing skills with high accuracy.
-Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
-Proficiency in data entry software/tools (e.g., Excel).
-Basic knowledge of data security and confidentiality.
-Organizational and time management skills.
-Strong communication skills.
-Ability to work independently and in a team.
