Job Description:
Work with business and enterprise architects to groom requirements specifications in features and user stories
Contribute in designing technical solution to meet the requirements
Plan and estimate the development and testing tasks required to deliver the features
Deliver high quality code which adheres to standards and best practices
Drive and own creation of development standards and best practices for the team
Perform code reviews for peers
Mentor and guide junior team members
Interact with other technical teams to identify and manage dependencies
Perform POCs and POTs and help solution modernization architecture
Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment).
