Job Description:
Primary Responsibilities:
Works with project teams, Architecture teams, Agile teams and QA test leads to establish performance testing scope and effort
Review functional design and non-functional requirements and provide recommendations
Provide end to end performance test solutions for various projects within a program
Troubleshoot performance issues in collaboration with architecture and development teams. Performs root cause analysis and drives issues to appropriate resolutions
Possess the ability to write performance tests with HP Performance Center/JMeter/Gatling
Actively participates in and supports the software development life cycle and project management process
Quality – Demonstrates accuracy, thoroughness, and attention to detail at all times; looks for ways to improve and promote quality; applies feedback to improve performance; monitors own work to ensure quality
Decision Making – Compares data from different sources to draw conclusions and develop appropriate testing strategies
Required Qualifications:
Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
High-level coding skills
Ability to solve complex software issues
Superb collaboration, interpersonal, and communication skills
Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities
Detail orientated
