#Job Overview
-We are seeking a highly passionate Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and converting potential customers who can benefit from our products and services. You should be a quick learner, possess strong communication skills, and have the capability to present our offerings in a compelling manner.

-Generate and qualify new leads for the company
-Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to prospective clients
-Understand customer needs and requirements to offer tailored solutions
-Conduct online demos and presentations to prospective customers
-Coordinate with other departments to ensure a smooth sales process
-Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
-Maintain CRM records up-to-date

-0-1 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in a B2B setting
-Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
-Ability to work in US shift timings (5 PM IST to 2 AM IST)
-Proven track record of achieving sales targets is a bonus
-Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
-Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools is a bonus
-Self-motivated and able to work independently
-Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment

#CTC: 7.4L to 9.8L (including fixed pay and incentives)
