Job Description:
To manage Manufacturing Quality Assurance of shop floors of 2/4-Wheeler integrated plants which has complete manufacturing operations related to EV Battery.
Key Result Areas (Accountability & Responsibility of the role)
Setting quality targets and implementing focused activities.
Pursuing occurrence prevention and shipping out prevention of quality problems in initial stage/current products control.
Pursuing early detection and early resolution, and recurrence prevention when quality problems occurred.
Auditing quality assurance system, processes and products to improve them.
