Job Summary
We are looking for an Office Administrator to support our sales team with day-to-day coordination, documentation, and tender filing activities. The role requires good organizational skills, basic commercial understanding, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the sales team
Prepare, organize, and maintain sales documents and records
Assist in tender preparation, documentation, and online/offline tender submission
Track tender deadlines and ensure timely submission
Coordinate with internal teams for technical and commercial inputs
Maintain files, emails, and records related to sales and tenders
Handle basic office administration tasks (filing, data entry, coordination)
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Experience in tender filing is an advantage
Good communication and coordination skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Preferred (Nice to Have)
Prior experience in sales support or office administration
Familiarity with government or corporate tender portals
