Job Description:
The Observability Expert (Grafana) will implement, operate, and continuously improve enterprise observability capabilities across critical digital services.
The role focuses on monitoring, logging, distributed tracing, Real User Monitoring, and telemetry correlation.
The position improves end-to-end visibility across complex hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
The expert will build dashboards, actionable alerts, telemetry pipelines, and monitoring solutions using Grafana.
The role supports faster incident investigation, root-cause analysis, and reduction of customer and business impact.
The position works with application, operations, platform, architecture, security, and external partner teams.
The role requires strong hands-on experience with Grafana, Prometheus, OpenTelemetry, Kubernetes, cloud platforms, and observability architecture.
