Job Description:
The Observability Expert (Dynatrace) will implement, configure, operate, and improve enterprise observability capabilities across critical digital services.
The role focuses on application performance monitoring, infrastructure monitoring, logging, distributed tracing, and Real User Monitoring.
The position improves end-to-end visibility across complex hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
The expert will develop dashboards, alerts, workflows, and monitoring solutions using Dynatrace.
The role supports faster incident investigation, anomaly detection, root-cause analysis, and service reliability.
The position works with application, operations, platform, architecture, security, and external partner teams.
The role requires strong hands-on experience with Dynatrace, OneAgent, ActiveGate, DQL, Grail, Davis AI, Kubernetes, OpenTelemetry, and cloud platforms.
