Job Description:
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Conceptualize and manage Advertising & Brand Campaigns across media - TV, Print, OOH, Radio, Mobile & BTL activities
Develop and own a multi-channel digital and social strategy to drive recall and salience for the brand – develop innovative and Impactful interventions through Content Marketing, Digital / Social Activation, Influencer Engagement, E-mail Marketing, SMM, Community building and display campaigns that deliver measurable impact on brand
Handling Creative, PR & Media agency for effective delivery of brand communication & managing the public relations and multi-platform promotions for channels, shows & initiatives.
Responsible for Trade marketing initiatives and communication including agency and client outreach through both offline and online tools including ABM.
Responsible for on-air innovations, ideas and sales pitches to create revenue opportunities for the channel
Tracking competition; Analyzing industry reports to generate strategic inputs for better reach
Conceptualizing & Organizing Brand Events & IP's
Brand Alliances – strategic brand partnerships, media barter deals and co-promotion deals
Ensuring reasonable SOV through Marketing campaigns, consumer engagement including contests, Activations, Merchandising & Promotions etc.
Drive SOV Levels by continuously working towards increasing the quantum of creatives, PR Coverage and partnerships.
Ensuring recognition for the brand at various industry forums
Conceptualizing & managing consumer research & strategic surveys – developing cost effective means of driving continuous feedback loops through digital / social tools
Sales Enablement, relationship management with key stakeholders – editorial, sales, legal, finance, audit etc.
