Job Description:
Roles And Responsibilities
-Reach out to corporates and understand their hiring needs and pass the learners' details for their placements.
-Help make the learner’s industry-ready- by regular counseling sessions, arranging guest lectures, helping learners update their CVs and teaching them about the best practices.
-Work with corporates in to find ways for MyCaptain to collaborate for its goals and Activities.
-Managing the portfolio of corporates with a mix of retention & acquisition accounts for hiring learners in premium jobs across all industries.
-Ensure that the brand is protected by adhering to company regulations or policies.
- Plan the hiring events and coordinate with learners and other stakeholders to make it a success.
-Should be able to setup and lead the team of coordinators for assisting in placement activities.
