Job Description:
Responsibilities in the Role
You will be responsible for the learning experience of upto 2000 + students a month.
You will need to study data and analyze behavior patterns and provide suggestions on ways to improve the learning journey.
You will be responsible for their journey from their onboarding till their course completion.
You will drive initiatives to increase engagement and improve our KPIs.
You will be responsible for leading and training our team of facilitators to ensure the quality of the learning experience of our students and Educators.
You will be responsible for maintaining timely coordination with all the stakeholders.
You will need to collect feedback from the learners, pass it to the Educators and ensure the quality of each live class is maintained.
