Job Description:
1. Source candidates from different channels, headhunting, networking, existing candidate database, internal referral system, and social media (LinkedIn, etc.)
2. Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes i.e. initial resume screening, screening calls, scheduling interviews, assisting in conducting interviews, candidate follow-ups, etc.
3. Build a talent pipeline through alternate sources/innovative methods.
4. Assist and work under the HR staff.
Candidate Preferences
Only candidates from HR background preferred. Candidates who have done courses related to this field are preferred.
