Key responsibilities:
1. Completing 2 hrs(120 mins) of call time on a daily basis
2. Interacting with existing leads to understand their requirement and engage in upselling
3. Closing of the potential leads through the leads given by the company
4. Constantly meeting revenue targets, so that you can take larger incentives
5. Maintaining a proper database on the CRM and submitting reports on a weekly basis.
Candidates should have the following Skills:
1. Should have a minimum of 0.5-2 yrs of experience preferably in the Edtech Industry.
2. Good understanding of CRM software preferably LeadSquared
3. Must have good communication skills.
4. The role requires the candidate to speak to potential leads on a daily basis so, should be a natural speaker.
5. Enjoys speaking with new people
6. Should admire the quote “Patience is not the ability to wait, but the ability to keep a good attitude while waiting
