Job Description:
#Role Objective
●The incumbent will be expected to be the rainmaker for Moglix who shall be owning supplier experience for SME Online business. The profile allows the candidate to project entrepreneurship and leadership skills which contribute towards the success of the organisation. A high visibility role within the organization which shall enable the incumbent to drive large scale operations by implementing innovative technology solutions.
#Role Responsibilities
· New suppliers onboarding/ training and activation
· Owning the Supplier Experience for the Supply Business of Moglix being the internal voice and custodian of the listed suppliers community
· Responsible for regular Supplier Ops wrt fulfillment of orders
· Taking care of Payment/ Penalty/ Settlements/ grievance handling of the Suppliers
· Working on the inventory management and fulfillment centers to maintain the order fulfillment hygiene.
· Guiding suppliers for GSTR filing.
#Knowledge/ Skills
●Basic Excel.
●Ability to manage ground ops/supplier ops/supplier payment/penalty etc.
●Aggressive and disciplined towards the tasks assigned
●Communication Skills. (Hindi- Very Good, English- Moderate)

●Graduation (Essential)
