Job Description:
#Role Objective
-We are looking for a high-impact and high-energy professional with a strong background in Safety items procurement, and a strong inclination to face customers and drive sales- who will be responsible for driving additional sales in Safety category by identifying new opportunities and help in sourcing/supply of Safety products by Value selling, hunting new accounts and farming of old accounts, and maintaining strong relationships with the Sales teams, Customers and OEMS/Distributors in Safety Category.
#Work Experience
-Must Have: 2-4 years of experience in procurement of Safety products
-Good to have: Field sales experience in B2B Safety Sales
#Knowledge/ Skills
-Relationship management, Program Management, and interpersonal communication
-Strong understanding of the Safety Suppliers ecosystem of OEMs/Distributors
-Strong demonstration of selling skills (negotiation, preplanning, objection resolution, etc.) and analytic skills.

-MBA + B. Tech
