Job Description:
#Responsibilities:
-Drive identification of requirements across business units and document business processes for Bill of Process
-Model business processes and identify gaps and risks through blueprinting phase
-Draft L3 processes and collaborate with IT on L4 Processes
-Understand and communicate the interdependencies and impact across the organization
-Build and maintain relationships with a wide variety of internal organizations (business owners, practices, departments) to understand current and future data needs and BOP strategy for data in assigned functional area required to meet business objectives
-Create an end to end User Testing Plan and refine use cases
-Implementing and testing of solutions during BOP UAT phase
-Supporting business transition throughout the BOP program and helping to establish change
#Required Skills :
-Ability to drive the documentation, development and implementation of business processes
-Strong analytical skills and problem-solving capability
-Good interpersonal and communication skills with strong interest to work in a multifaceted environment.
-Proficient in use of all Microsoft Office products to support day to day job functions
-Proficient in the use of standard systems and tools to manipulate and manage data (SAP, MS Excel, MS SharePoint, SQL)
-Experience in working in Scrum projects would be preferred
