Job Description
• Assists the IT Director with the definition and management of the Manpower, OPEX and CAPEX budgets.
• Participates in local/regional project implementations as necessary, coordinates activities from third parties and approves change management requests
• Participates in project steering committees in the region
• Ensures that IT standards and best practices are followed
• Negotiates with local vendors and manages local IT contracts
• Performs Service Level Monitoring
• Recruits and manages Field Support Specialists and Application Support Analysts
• Provides feedback to the IT ERP, IT Global Application, IT Infrastructure and Security Teams
