Tasks
Mandatory Skill Requirements: ADAS Integration
- Working knowledge of Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS) components integration of Radar, Ultrasonic sensor and Camera.
- Ability to take design decision related to plastic/sheet metal components from Tooling / Manufacturing/ Prototyping/Durability/Safety perspective
- CAD tool expertise in NX or other CAD Tools
- Expertise in concept development
- Knowledge of tolerance stack-up & GDT study
- Knowledge of regulatory requirement - European & US
- German Language will be an added advantage
Job Responsibilities:
- Packaging of RADAR , Ultrasonic and Camera sensor components
- Functional investigation of RADAR , Ultrasonic and Camera sensor performance
- Field of view(FOV) study for camera and other sensor
Optical simulations in SPEOS or other internal tools
- Propose & evaluate the design based on regulations & customer requirement
- Perform design reviews and release parts/assemblies
- Customer interaction to review engineering feasibility
- Seamless integration with the Team in India & Germany
- Interaction with component suppliers
- Driving the Engineering change management
- Assist Team Leader to achieve company goals and objectives
