Job Description:
The job holder will join an established team that provides support for SITA World Tracer and development of Departure Control Systems globally. The role requires detailed knowledge of airport baggage arrivals services and processes.
Role Responsibilities:
Configuration and support of both SITA World Tracer Desktop and Tablet applications.
Configuration and support of Departure Control Systems.
Assisting with database coordination and administration
Supporting airport systems team with data and reporting

Qualifications And Experience
Demonstrable technical capability and operational knowledge of airport baggage arrivals services and processes using SITA World Tracer desktop application.
Operational knowledge of Amadeus Altea Departure Control System would be an advantage
Demonstrable experience in working directly with business functions and managing third party relationships.
Good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate & negotiate with people at different levels and from different geographical locations and cultures.
Flexibility to travel, in the UK and internationally, sometimes at short notice.
Fluency in both written and spoken English, other languages will be considered an advantage.
Self-motivated and disciplined, with a hands-on mentality.
