Qualification:-
Pursuing degrees related to computer science or Business related Degree.
Good technical communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and succinctly in both writing and speech.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on grammatical correctness.
Knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft Office.
Strong analytical skills.
Ability to work well in a team environment.
Possess active listening skills.
Sense of ownership and ability to manage customer expectations.
Job Description:-
Answer inbound calls within the guidelines/goals established by the client and management.
Consistently archives call quality goals in order to meet client and customer satisfaction goals.
Responsibility: Provide Technical Support to International Customers
Shift Timings: Should be flexible to work in US Rotational Shifts.
Desired Skills: Need Excellent Communication skills in English.
Must-Have strong Technical Knowledge(Hardware, Software, and networking Concepts)
Working Days: 5 days working
Weekly Offs: 2 Week Offs(Rotational and Split)
Transport: Home Pickup and Home Drop.
Rounds of Interview: JAM, HR, Voice and Accent, Tech Test, Operations Round.
