About the role:
• As a Automation Engineer in IT – Automation Team, the focus of this opportunity is to effectively and passionately engage in the Digital Transformation of our organization, providing the best automation solution to IT and other Business units.
• Identifying and designing business processes for automation
• Setting up, testing and monitoring automated workflows to ensure that business processes function at optimum efficiency without risk of error
• Monitoring and maintaining automation post-implementation and resolving any potential issues to ensure smooth business operations
• Producing process documentation in order to outline mistakes and successes and refine processes going forward
• Ensuring quality automation using Quality Assurance (QA) processes and prevent any potential bugs
• Support the launch and implementation of RPA solutions.
• Create process and end-user documentation.
• Design, develop, code, test, debug and deploy applications for scalable and extensible applications.
• Flexibility to play the role of a business analyst or designer or developer or tester or release engineer in the team based on the demand.
• Adhere to IT Control Policies throughout design, development and testing and incorporate Corporate Architectural Standards into application design specifications.
• Support existing processes and implementing change requirements as part of a structured change control process as well as problem-solving issues that arise in day to day running of RPA processes and providing timely responses and solutions as required.
• Create and execute plans to replace manual, repetitive processes through process automation.
• Ability to leverage basic workflow design skills to capture current and proposed automation processes. Including process mapping, retry and loop mechanisms, and decision trees.
