Job Description:
Job Purpose
Ensure service stability, uptime of the systems under the portfolio as per the agreed SLA
Provide L3 support in the respective support area and act on technical escalations
Provide guidance and technical insights to the team for continuous improvements
Maintain systems in adherence with the audit and compliance requirements
Lead and manage the technical team supporting Microsoft platforms
Advice management team to take cost conscious decisions

Service uptime and better customer experience
Systems security, Adherence to patching cadence
On-time delivery of projects and services
Adherence to Mashreq’s internal risk, ISG and audit compliance
Documentation of tasks
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- 8+ years of experience in storage platforms support in a large scale environment
- Exposure to Dell EMC Storage Ploatforms Dell EMC VMAX, Dell EMC Power Store, Dell EMC ECS and Centera, NetApp Storage
- Exposure to Cisco MDS SAN Fabrics and Brocade SAN Fabrics platforms
- Exposure to IBM AIX, HPUX VMware, Windows and Linux related server platforms
- Ability to handle large scale data migration
- Should be willing to work in 24/7 support environment
- Adhere to internal audit and compliance environment
- Good team player
- Collaborating with different internal and external teams
- Capable of handling technical escalations
- Familiar with ITIL process like change management, incident management and problem management
- Should have good communication skills with degree or diploma holder
