Job Description:
Organize, direct and coordinate the overall shift planning, guidance of labor utilization, breakdown management to ensure maximum output at the lowest cost consistent with desired quality, food safety standards and employee safety.
Lead FMOS (i.e. shift handover, performance review meetings and process confirmation) that enables the shift team to measure and manage the KPIs of agreed contract deliveries for safety, quality/food safety, cost, customers’ service KPIs.
Engagement: Improve associates moral and build highly engaged high performance team.
Develop team and direct reports to higher level in technical and managerial.
Manufacturing Targets: To deliver planned factory output, TRS and PSL by effectively organizing the shift resources and activities and/or support troubleshooting activities. Some of the key measurement criteria for this will be MCC/ton, Quality result, Complaints level, ATS, TRS, safety Indices and Q12 & follow through index
CI, learning & flexible team: To continuously improve the yield of first-pass quality, saleable product and actively seek ways to reduce and eliminate inefficiencies, consumer complaints resulting from factory activities. Co-ordinate ongoing continuous improvement projects
