Job Description:
The Manager - HR RMC will manage Site HR Operations and support strategic Human Resources initiatives.
The role focuses on employee onboarding, recruitment support, and seamless Day-1 joining processes.
The position manages contractor labor, workforce attendance, and CLMS (Kronos) activities.
It supports performance management, employee development, and learning & development initiatives.
The role ensures compliance with labor laws, HR policies, statutory documentation, and required returns.
The Manager will coordinate employee health, safety, incident management, stakeholder management, and engagement activities.
The position requires strong HR management, communication, coordination, and employee engagement capabilities.
