Job Description:
The Manager will lead and oversee training programs covering tools, processes, performance metrics, job-role curricula, and induction programs for corporate and operations teams. The role involves designing and delivering onsite and virtual training, coordinating training resources and schedules, analyzing learner performance and engagement, identifying teams requiring additional training support, and evaluating training effectiveness. The Manager will also work closely with stakeholders and subject matter experts to align training initiatives with business objectives and improve employee capabilities and performance.
