Identify, Collate, translate, and document user requirements.
Act as a bridge between SGRL users and IT solution provider.
Duties And Responsibilities
Ensure on-time delivery of documented user requirement.
Ensure UAT completion and Go-Live.
Ensure delivery of reports / data dumps for further analysis.
Skills Required
Analytical skills and attention to detail in written documentation.
Quick Learner / Grasping skills, creative problem solver.
Strong Oral and written communication skills with a keen eye for details.
Experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SQL etc.
Introduction to Software development (even if during education) is required.
Experience Required
2-4 years of experience in software deployment of different software solutions. Any experience in software development over and above software deployment will be preferred.
Educational Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer related discipline. Relevant experience may substitute for the degree requirement.
