Job Description:
Airbus is hiring an experienced L3 Splunk Admin & IT Operations Lead - RTM for its Bangalore team. The role provides technical and operational leadership across Splunk administration, IT Operations Management (ITOM), infrastructure monitoring, and system reliability. The selected candidate will mentor L1/L2 support teams, manage major incidents, perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and drive Incident, Problem, and Change Management under ITIL processes. Candidates should have 8–10 years of experience in infrastructure monitoring, Splunk administration, and IT operations management. Strong knowledge of Splunk, Red Hat Linux, Windows, AWS, Python, Shell, Git, Ansible, Jenkins, networking, SAML, OAuth, ServiceNow, and ITSM is required. The role also focuses on SLA/OLA compliance, automation, KPI monitoring, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
