Job Description:
Your Role And Responsibilities
Responsible for managing and updating data in CNDB/LMDB Tools. As CNDB tool coordinator you make sure to keep accurate data like account , CMR site ID's , Financial data (WBS element , IGS project number , department id , contract number ), in CNDB tool for the NA, LA , APCJ continents .
To accomplish this the coordinator interacts with DPE and his subunits and provides in details support of the account. Services include design, implementation and customization of products and technology delivered in a time-bound, project schedule driven for client requirements and delivered using Kyndryl service methodology. Project services typically involves interaction with the client in support of concluding the project to meet the client's requirements
Required Professional and Technical Expertise:
Understanding & experience of internal tools required to get job done.
Strong Experience in CNDB LMDB tool.
Tools like create CMR , QMF , SAP , SOURCE , ON , SESDER MLDB etc.
To identify & take ownership of issues found and resolve at earliest opportunity according to priority and impact.
Investigate the root-cause of incidents and look to implement fixes where possible rather than work arounds.
To follow change management processes as defined for your perimeter
Ability to plan and prioritize work and meet project deadlines
Must be self-motivated and work well with other groups
Good communication skills, interpersonal, and organizational skills are required

Experience on CNDB and LMDB tool
