Job Description:
Job Purpose:
To manage Jubilant internal IT Projects spanning across application and Infra towers with primary focus on SAP. Provide SAP MM WM support in running Jubilant Pharma’s current SAP Landscape as SAP MM WM CoE Lead. Support in up-keeping of existing IT application portfolio.
Challenges: Jubilant IT Landscape is a blend of various in-house and vendor managed applications supporting multiple business units spanning across India & North America. This role will be responsible for planning & managing new initiatives along with supporting existing enterprise and non-enterprise applications. Besides, as SAP MM WM CoE Lead your primary focus will be to manage & support these modules alongwith SAP AMS partner in handling incidents and CRs. You act as a bridge between business and AMS MM WM team.
Responsibilities:
SAP MM WM Internal Support
Lead SAP MM WM track internally. Act as a bridge between SAP AMS partner and business for any MM WM related critical incidents and CRs. Act as an SME in this area and support in solution for business requirements.
IT Project Preparation
Preparing RFPs, Product & Vendor Evaluation for various internal IT projects, Following-up with various stakeholders and closing internal contracting processes with primary focus on SAP.
IT Project Management
Managing IT Projects spanning across application and Infra towers, Managing Project delivery quality and commercials, Managing Internal & External Stakeholders, Timely Project Status Communications, Foreseeing and Highlighting any project related risks. Communications, Foreseeing and highlighting any project related risks.
Up-keeping of existing platforms
Coordinating among internal and external teams to provide technical support for various internal IT applications like SAP, Labware, ANAPLAN, SAP Concur etc
Vendor Management/ Governance
Handling Vendors in Managed Services (Outsourcing) set-ups. Coordinating and leading Quarterly reviews with various vendors. Publishing required MIS for each vendor and identify opportunities of gaining cost and time efficiency.
Education and Experience
B.Tech/BCA/MCA/MBA
10-15 Years manufacturing industry experience in SAP MM/WM and minimum 5 years in Pharma manufacturing
Hands-on experience of SAP WM & MM modules, RF Handheld Devices & Barcode Printers
In-depth exposure to SAP ERP Processes in Pharma Industry (Knowledge of significance of GxP procedures)
Computer System Validation procedures in IT Projects
Good verbal and written communication skills, self-driven and willingness to work individually as well as lead a project team and adapt new technologies
