Job Description:
• Create and maintain reports to measure the performance of the site including but not limited to the site’s productivity
• Work collaboratively with the business units to understand their functions and deliver strategic and operational imperatives
• Solve the ad-hoc requirement of the management team related to organizational information and business planning
• Support on analyzing and forecasting business requirements
• Handle vendor performance for the site to enable decision making for key stakeholders
• Monitoring, maintaining, and managing the site’s headcount to ensure strategic alignment
• Assist in monitoring the site’s strategy
