Job Description:
Roles & Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
Leading and Supervising with Team of HR along with the recruitment and selection process.
Focusing on Attrition along with the identification of New Positions to be filled in the Teams along with the Budget model.
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital and Finance Capital with the effective balancing of ROI.
Ability and experience to handle around 200 Employees Size. Must have the capability to work along with the different layers of Management and Teams.
Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
Nurture a positive working environment and build better policies along the way.
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
Maintenance and Payroll Supervision with payment plans and benefits programs.
Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs along with the Personality Development of Employees.
Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
