Job Description:
Airbus is hiring an IT Operations Specialist - Communication for its Bangalore team. The role focuses on IT operations, service management, application support, platform stability, and communication technology services. The selected candidate will support Airbus communication platforms including Webfactory, Media Gallery, Airbus TV, WHIP, Social Media Platform, and Web Analytics. Responsibilities include incident management, problem management, change management, deployment support, monitoring, SLA/SLO management, and root cause analysis. Candidates should have 4–7 years of IT operations and service management experience, with additional technical experience in application support and software engineering. Knowledge of ServiceNow, Jira, VersionOne, SQL, Java, Python, .NET, Linux/Windows, ITIL, and SAFe Agile is valuable. The position also requires strong analytical, communication, troubleshooting, and customer-service skills.
