Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the executive management team to analyze department finances and develop budgets that will keep the company's costs down.
Manage and ensure Statutory compliances (licenses, PF, ESI, etc. ) and Tax Returns compliance (ITR, GST, TDS, TCS, Property, etc. ) are met and related company documents and processes are up to date.
Handle Export-Import documents and filing of BOE, GST, and statutory filings; preparing NPA and Working Capital Management.
Oversee Stock and Inventory management, Investors Reporting and query management, and Banking and Treasury operations.
Prepare, review, and reconcile payroll entries, invoices, and other accounting documents and issue bills, invoices, and account statements according to company procedures.
Prepare, maintain, audit, and distribute statistical, financial, accounting, auditing, or payroll reports and tables and resolve accounting discrepancies.
Prepare final accounts, GL Accounting, Stock Statement, Direct and Indirect Taxation, Balance sheet finalization, Finance, Cash flow statement, Cash and Bank Reconciliation, monthly MIS sheet, etc.
Maintain relations with Investors and provide updates on monthly MIS and other compliance support.
Qualification:
CA/CMA Inter passed/CA/M. Com.
Experience with a start-up/manufacturing company.
