Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic HR Fresher to join our team. HR Fresher, will be responsible for supporting the HR department in various functions such as recruitment, onboarding documentation, HR operations and vendor handeling.
Responsibilities:
· Assist the HR team in recruitment activities such as sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial interviews.
· Assist in onboarding activities such as preparing offer letters and completing employee documentation.
· Support employee engagement activities such as conducting surveys, and collecting feedback.
· Assist in HR operations such as maintaining employee records.
Requirements:
· Good communication skills with the ability to interact with candidates and seniors.
· Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
· Proficient in MS Office applications: Mandatory
