-We are looking for an Intern Analyst who will play a key role in understanding the application, assisting the accounts in getting onboarded, roster management and reporting requirements.
#As Intern Analyst, You Will…
-Understand the applications, features, support, and reporting
-Gather, maintain validate, analyze, and prepare rosters
-Demonstrate the application to stakeholders
-Ability to understand and document the application requirements
-Build and manage business relationships with internal customers
-Adhere to the provided timelines and deliverables
-Understand agent monitoring application, support, and reporting
-Engage with internal customers for application support
#Requirements
As Intern Analyst, You Have…
-Degree or Diploma in any related field or equivalent experience
-Minimum one year of experience in customer service experience
-Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills
-Basic knowledge with Microsoft Office Excel/Google sheet
-Strong attention to detail
-Excellent organizational and time management skills
-Demonstrated strength in relationship building, technical understanding and problem solving
