Job Description:
JOB DESCRIPTION: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE
1. Your role will start with contacting potential customers to set up Meetings, counsel the
aspirants and get them onboard.
2. Understanding the profile in-depth and promoting it for consultation
3. Actively seeking out for new conversions through calling, chat, etc
4. Handle objections by clarifying, emphasising agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion, use a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately.
5. Working on regular follow up with them for better understanding.
6. Reaching regular targets is mandatory in a way to show the performance.
7. Understanding the feedback and helping the operations team to improve the services with regular feedback.
8. Actively participating in all Business Development Activities.
