Job Description:
Infelearn Private Limited is currently conducting hiring and training to create USIT Recruiters
for fulfilling the needs of its clientele in the market. For the same process, we have
requirements for fresher candidates who are good at communication and basic computer
operations and are comfortable working in the night shift. We have received a work order for
200 candidates to be placed immediately. I am sharing the process for the hiring. Kindly go

have good communication skills.
have basic computer operating knowledge
be willing to work in night shift only
be comfortable for tele-calling and sales process
be able to speak confidently in English.

Role: US IT Recruiter
Location: Aditya Trade Center, Ameerpet, Hyderabad (F2F interview).
Job Type: Full-time
Experience: Entry Level/ Fresher
Working hours : 6.30 pm - 3.30 am
Roles and Responsibilities
•Excellent Tele-calling skills.
•Research and innovate on new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
•Excellent communication skills, time management skills and negotiation skills.
•Ability to communicate effectively with candidates and hiring managers.
•Must have experience in negotiating on different contract terms.
•Technical Recruiter is required to source potential candidates from various databases, portals,
job boards and social media platforms.
•Technical Recruiter should be able to screen resumes, perform pre-screening calls to analyse
applicants and should be able to get the authentication done by getting the required
documents from the candidate or vendor.
•The technical recruiter should be able to negotiate pay rates and terms with US Citizen, Green
Card Holder candidates and vendors for H1-B candidates.
•The technical recruiter should be able to manage the full recruitment cycle, right from Job
posting to on-boarding.
Salary : 12,000 INR - 20,000 INR
Incentives : 20,000 INR - 45,000 INR
