Data Analyst / Data Scientist
Support in all projects related to Business / Risk / Card / Customer Analytics and provide recommendations
Work with leadership to take the pulse of overall business activity to identify growth opportunities
Closely work / Collaborate with Business / Technology and Risk teams and device strategies to build business / income.
Stays informed within the field of Analytics to foster ideas and innovations
Continuous analysis of the portfolio to explore new possibilities with acceptable risk.
Harness alternate data/ social media data for hand-picking the right customer.
Analyze and review a broad range of data, including structured and unstructured data to uncover potential opportunities
Developing customer acquisition and X-Sell / Upsell / PD models
Monitor suspicious transaction activities and investigate cases of fraud based on information received from fraud detection systems.
Implementation of Advanced Fraud detection and prevention models.
Skills Required:
Knowledge and understanding of Data Science process
Strong understanding / experience in development of ML Models
Expert knowledge and development experience in tools like SAS, R, Python and any
presentation/visualisation tools like Tableau, Power BI etc
Critical thinking and Strong problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Good leadership and interpersonal skills
Excellent time and project management stills
Self-motivated and results driven
Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum 1-2 years Analytical Experience in Banking /Financial domain
Minimum 3-year experience in Analytics
Certifications / Qualifications Preferred or Required:
B.Tech / M.Tech / MCA / M.Sc - Data Science / Analytics / AI / ML / Statistics
External Certifications from reputed institutions in AI / ML is desirable
