Ensure all crew comply with the Indigo FDTL Scheme
Ensure all crew comply with IndiGo Fatigue risk management policy
Cover and Ensure all IndiGo flights are crewed to the correct crew compliment
Ensure all crew are legal and current to fly
Prepare overview of the daily operation
Act on any aircraft delays/diversion/operational change quickly and efficiently
Be aware and make changes in case of any current and potential future issues with crew legality
Feedback of any roster issues to Duty Manager-Crew control
Follow up with Logistics for arrangement HOTAC and crew positioning tickets for all urgent cases.
Responsible and accountable for identifying safety risks in accordance with risk assessment process, and ensures that adequate risk mitigation steps are appropriately implemented in order to ascertain safety within the workplace.
Ensure that FDTL, company policy, process and guidelines are being followed at all times pertaining to crew control & logistics.
The role operates within the Operation Control Center (OCC).
The job works on shift basis working. Pattern may change as per operational requirement.
The role requires the holder to work under constant pressure making live decisions with the information to given from Operations.
project management knowledge, programming language like JAVA, SQL, Python etc. and analytical skills would be an added advantage.
Education qualification: Graduation
Work Experience: 01-02 year
