Job Description:
Job Responsibilities:
Create debt proposals for clients with a 50cr to 250 Cr turnover range and acquire those clients for the bank
Add value to the client and stay ahead of the competition by structuring and implementing innovative deals in
Working capital, term loan, and project finance Use credit knowledge and knowledge of various products for deal structuring
Ensure stability of income from an existing set of clients and explore avenues for new income generation from existing as well as new clients
Maintain CEO/CFO relationships with SMEs to originate business. Manage the relationship with the customers by growing the book size
Preferred skills:
Strong sales and relationship management skills
Excellent negotiation and persuasive skills
Ability to understand processes and products and use that knowledge to add value to the customer
Good interpersonal and communication skills, great teammate
Experience: 0 – 5 Years
Qualification: PG/ MBA
