Job Description:
Samsung is hiring an experienced HW I/P Lab Lead for its Hardware IP Group in Bangalore, India. The role involves leading a multidisciplinary engineering team responsible for the architecture, RTL design, development, verification, emulation, and validation of next-generation custom Hardware IPs. The successful candidate will oversee the complete Hardware IP lifecycle, from microarchitecture definition and RTL coding to advanced verification and silicon validation, while ensuring high performance, quality, and power efficiency. The position combines technical leadership and people management, including mentoring RTL Design and Design Verification Engineers, improving engineering practices, and driving team performance. Strong expertise in SystemVerilog, UVM/OVM, RTL design, FPGA/ASIC prototyping, SystemC, C, Python, CDC, synthesis, timing analysis, low-power design, and complex subsystem integration is required.
