Job Description:
Coordinating with employees on Various HR Activities in the Organization
Managing Employee relationship by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
Handle Employees queries regarding their procedures, entitlements, Insurance & claims etc.
Responsible to prepare & share various HR Communication with employees
Manage employee life cycle including on boarding, Orientation, Employee Relations and Exit interview etc.
Arranging internal and external training to employees.
Maintain and update the employee database and responsible to prepare reports on various HR Metrics i.e. Attrition Tracker, Master data etc.
Work with HR team for appraisal process of all the employees in coordination with department heads, following standards, procedures and timelines defined by management.
